A wonderful escape

Many aspects of this hotel are exceptional - the junior suite room that I had (most basic option) was huge and it was lovely to have a table and sofa seating area. The balcony was also sizeable with loungers and table and chairs. I had the best week of nights sleep Ive ever had in a hotel, it was so quiet. The room had blackout curtains and a fridge. The breakfast buffet was the best Ive ever come across. The general upkeep and decor in communal areas is comfortable and make lovely places to relax. The four pools were never overcrowded. I loved that is was adults only. The site has a secure gated exit into the coastal path making a pleasant walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. There is a small supermarket and bus stop very close to the hotel and a lovely pizza place across the road. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel was the perfect place to return to after busy days exploring wonderful Lanzarote!

If I was going to stay again, I probably would not choose to include the evening buffet. It was very busy every night, and strangely on the quietest night I went I was asked to wait for a table despite plenty being available. Overall not a pleasant dining experience and didnt live up to my expectations set by the great breakfast buffet. The only negative about my room was it had an interconnecting door with another room so I could hear the next room showering etc which was a bit odd.

Best hotel I have stayed in.

Everything, The hotel is ecceptional, Food great. The staff are suberb. Nothing is too much. trouble. Make you feel very welcome. Even our request for a low down room was no problem. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone and i hope to return myself in the future.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful getaway

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms and private balconies are stunning and modern and the staff are so happy to help. The breakfast was great and the onsite entertainment was an amazing extra touch.

Two of the pools are heated and two are not. For mid November weather the non heated pools are freezing and the heated pools will be too cold for most. The sauna and Jacuzzi was out of service for our stay.

Amazing week in a lovely hotel with exceptional staff!

The location, facilities and in particular the amazing staff in general, and in particular Pilar & Rosario were exceptional. We had so much fun that I will be back. Wishing all staff the best Christmas and new year. Patricia xx

A little paradise in Lanzarote

Its a peaceful hotel! Ideal to recharge your energy! The size of the room was perfect, the bed super comfy and the breakfast awesome! The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We had a problem during the check in and they solved it quickly, apologised and invited us to a dinner in compensation!

Relaxing

Good location, very spacious, spotlessly clean, food good, not crowded at all with plenty of sun beds and shade for those who need it. Plenty ground floor rooms all well serviced, four swimming pools. All in all a very relaxing hotel.

A couple of things disappointed us. The four beautiful swimming pools were too cold to be enjoyed. It was quite a spectacle watching swimmers trying to decide whether they should go in or not. There were many shocked faces when entering the pools. We were celebrating our silver wedding, despite reception asking us and making a note of the date, they made no effort to mark the occasion. We didnt expect anything major but a small gesture would have been appreciated.
