Guests were impressed with the clean and tidy rooms at this Radisson Blu Hotel in Leeds City Centre. The convenient location inside a mall provided easy access to shopping and dining options. However (Read More), some guests experienced issues with the heating system not working properly, finding the room uncomfortable in cold weather. Construction noise from next door was disruptive for one guest, and cleanliness issues were noted by another regarding hair in the bath and a stained towel.

Location is great, very close to the car park.

There is no car park on the site, although the car park is very close, but needs to pay extra ( one night around 20pounds with the discount code).

Superb

Comfortable and rested

Amazing location walking distance to all. Arrived really early and we were able to check in before check in time. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. There was issue with something in our room and they straight away moved us into a new room. Really comfortable beds!

Great hotel overall - location, service and room!

Great location. Speedy check-in. Room was great and got free upgrade. Would return for sure.

Was expensive, but not too different to other hotels and was really pleased with my stay.

Enjoyable and pleasant!

Great location. Welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely room and comfortable bed, slept like a dream! Enjoyable stay. Great facilities!

We didnt recieve the right number of towels on arrival for the two of us. Kindly requested one more, staff member said shes send someone up with one but didnt receive it until later the following day. Busy time of year for the hotel so request may have got lost, just one of those things!

Nice stay but needs an upgrade

Location in the center of Leeds. The staff were WONDERFUL and super helpful I got sick on Christmas Day and stayed in my room but whatever I asked for I got quickly.

The phone in bedroom and bathroom did not work. The temperature of the shower fluctuated wildly - one minute perfect and then too hot so I had to be alert and move which was a drag as I was sick. I have always wanted to stay there but feel it needs an upgrade. Chipped paint on the door frame to bathroom and the room looked a bit too tired and not up to date.

Disappointing

Overall I was very disappointed,

Location was great but trying to find the Q parking was a nightmare, Leeds City Council should be ashamed of what is has done too the streets

Light coming into the room as curtains didnt close properly , the breakfast was very bad, plates knife and forks were dirty, the floor was filthy, coffee machine kept breaking down, the staff were very good trying to help
