Very good

Comfortable hotel next to main Astrid train station and walking distance from old city center.

This hotel is the place to be for those that like extensive breakfast choice and/or prefere to arrive by train.

The pool.

The location was good. But we had a family room for 3 people and we needed the extra bed which wasnt in the room when we got it. We went to the reception and they said it would be soon and it was about 23:30 and we still didnt get it so we needed to go one more time to ask for it which was so not cool and so late.

Great location close to Antwerp's magnificent railway station

This hotel has a great location, so close to the Antwerp's main railway station. We had a beautiful view of the entire Koningin Astrid Plein. From there you can easily reach every place in the city center by foot. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast delicious.

The room wasn't cleaned well and the bed sheet had some blood stains on the bed sheet.

Not much....Good vreakfast

Where do I start having to beg to get my room cleaned ...the big con is ecology...you are expected to put up with dirty rooms and dirty towels there is no notice available to make up your room....this way they can save on washing towels and cleaners. The Bumptious restaurant bar manager is just ignorant and rude Christmas lunch was cancelled we were not notified but he said it was our fault anyway....a notice which we hadn't seen had allegedly been put up somewhere......

Location, comfortable beds, clean, quiet, spacious rooms,TV choice of channels.

No frills - no bottled water in the rooms, low quality toilet roll, expensive breakfast, bathrooms need attention/upgrading, not enough staff in reception/lobby.

Good budget hotel near central station

Location. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Clean - Cleaners worked hard.

No frills - no bottled water in room, bathroom needed attention/upgrading (wc, sink and wall mirror) expensive breakfast, not enough staff in the reception/lobby.
