Beautiful setting, would love to come again

Beautiful room and beautiful scenery

Breakfast was included and the staff member explaining how the buffet worked said we could ask staff for things like coffee and we jumped on that. She didnt say that that coffee came with a bill so we were unpleasantly surprised to find a bill on the table when we came back with a plate of food.

Just one problem

Beautiful large room and bathroom with full bath. Very comfortable bed and bfast with lots of variety. Great pool and gym.

It was a very stormy and windy night and there was a loud wind whistling noise all night which kept me awake. I told reception during check out and the response very casual will report it to housekeeping. The least you want from a hotel room is a good nights sleep.

Rooms were spacious. Clean. Nice roomy balcony also. Big bathrooms. Lovely amenities.

The TV just looked very small in the room. Tv was also very slow and clunky. The sauna as I'm guessing is not just for guests but also for gym members there, it's like you needed to take a ticket/number to get in and use it. Compared to the size of the pool/aquatic area it feels very small.

For a premium resort and $525 per night our expectations were not met.

Fantastic room size and view All staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful

The bed was very uncomfortable and lead to a poor nights sleep ahead of lots of driving the following day. Two single bed pushed together gave a very uncomfortable ridge in the middle. For the nightly rate, I expected a proper queen or king bed. Barista made coffee at breakfast was poor.

Wonderful getaway and location for Great Ocean Road

Room was beautiful and a wonderful view. Beds extremely comfortable Only issue was parking as underground car park was closed and couldnt get parking easily due to golfers playing each day

huge rooms, magnificent views, fabulous staff and incredible food!

when the bed is split into a twin the single beds are so incredibly small. A 10am check out at this caliber of hotel is a bit stingy. should be at least 11am.

excellent its 1 hr from home and we felt like we were states away it was so relaxing!

the undercover heated spa, and swimming pool. get a full balcony otherwise its just a Juliet a sliding door with standing space about 1 foot, whereas the full balcony has sitting area - smaller room tho! they switched us over in 10 minutes to a full balcony when I asked and at no extra cost both balconies have same price I guess due to room sizes
