The view and food is really great. Really loves the dessert and fruits

- 1 of the shower is not working, can't use the switcher at all - Some staff is not helping while I have breakfast, when I'm not knowing where's the bowl, they just say "itu dibawah sini bu" and then their gone, while I'm still not notice where's the bowl - And after i got my bowl, they didn't help me to open the plastic that cover the sauces, they just looking around and seems don't wanna help me or offer something to me at all - when they had some renovations around pool and buffet area, seems like they didn't aware that we're not comfortable with that. I think if you wanna had renovations around that area, shouldn't do when breakfast time, its so uncomfortable

Disappointing, frustrating and the journey to get there was not worth the money I spent on the room.

Leaving the property? The views are definitely scenic and the sunset was beautiful.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean despite us checking in after 8pm. The aircon was leaking, wifi was non existent and we were not able to close the room door without having to slam it. Our room was right behind the hotel reception even though I paid for a room with a garden view and the Internet connection was extremely slow. Towels were not provided upon our arrival and there was also no shelf in the shower for our toiletries. I expect a refund because I checked out a day early and for the prices I paid, this accommodation did not meet up to expectations.
