1) Unit is on high floor (nice view and windy) 2) Pool, sauna on the top floor.. big n nice..we have the pool all to ourslves.. 3) Parking is very secure and convenient. 4) There is youtube at least.. 5) Really salute to the customer service via watssapp.. she alys in touch w me to ensure i hv a pleasant stay and rectified problems..

1) Have to educate the guards on their english.. communication very bad and difficult and i have to stand outside the guardhouse and under de sun for nearly half hour w my hubby and small boy. 2) For homestay, need to improve alot... no microwave, no dishrack, clothes dryer rack provided broken aldy (ended up we fix it up). 3) 3 out of 4 aircons not working/not cold.. have to call agent and arrange for technician to come (very inconvenient as all this has to be checked before guests chk in) 4) 1 of the wardrobe in the room was locked (as explained; it was for cleaner use). Only provide a hang clothe type.. Mayb can consider to put cleaners wardrobe at the yard instead.. 5) The water purifier and water kettle is so dirty (i hv to scrub and clean before i can use it) 6) The sink very dirty. There are bits pieces of food in it. 7) The fridge super dirty. I have to clean and wipe first. 8) The place is very dusty.. 9) No netflix available. 10) The washing machine also very dirty.. i clean and remove the linen dirt before use.. Ended up i clean the apartment myslf...

I like the clear instructions given to access the house

I don't like how inconsiderate they are and how they denied my rights. The beds, pillows and sofa are lumpy. Give you backache. No mirror and dressers in rooms. Difficult to get ready

All are great but we think you have to put one big mirror in living rooms so that we especially women can do our make up quickly

Nice and peaceful

The apartment was located on the floor level 35. At night we can see the beautiful night view from the balcony and also 2 rooms. More interestingly, I can see the far far seaview from my bed via the window in one inner room. A water filter and kettle were available so that I can boil drinking water. A 7kg washing machine and detergent powder were available, and I washed my clothing then hang my clothing on the balcony and they dry real fast. My daughter likes their beds and can sleep very well during the night. Towels and shower gel and body wash are provided as well. Internet TV with the program was also available for viewing. The balcony is facing ease and I can see the sun rise from the balcony or the sun looks like an egg york.

The only little thing is that the sofa chair is very thin and not comfortable to sit on for a long time. My bone, bottom and back hurt after a few minutes of sitting on top of the sofa. In order to get comfier myself to watch TV, I use the extra pillow in the bedroom and put it on the sofa to support my back by laying on the pillow. Another thing is the car park located in a building and connecting walk to another building. The connecting walk is not covered and you might get hit by rain.

Fantastic apartment and great place for a family vacation

We were sent instructions on how to retrieve the keys, all very simple and with security on the door, very secure. The apartment was amazing. It was very spacious, we had 3 very nice bedrooms. The master bedroom was a corner view over the city. We had 3 nights of thunderstorms so the views were unreal. Access to huge pool, gym and sauna on the floor above. Excellent value for a family stay. We stayed 4 days however I could have lived there. So good. There are many places to eat within 5-10 min walks and all do takeaway if you want to eat in apartment.

You need a taxi/grab to get into town. It is walkable but in the heat not ideal. Costs maybe 8-10 myr to city centre. This does also mean its quiet though. It suited us.
