It was just perfect. I paid 2.66 per night for a really good hotel room including breakfast. Never had such a great deal.

Good stay

Big room with two beds. Side table. Wardrobe. Breakfast was included in price so it's super reasonable, quite basic which is standard for Vietnam we found. Manager was a nice guy and helped with booking a boat trip for us, which was so fun. Location in uphill and maybe a 12 min walk to main drag, however in the opposite direction there are beauty shops and a gym (not that reasonable but it's an island). Closest beach is about 25 min walk. Markets and marts nearby. Elevator.

Could be a bit cleaner, floor was kinda sticky. Bathroom drain was clogging and water didn't dry even after being unclogged, however you get shoes for bathroom.

Walking distance to the waterfront and town. The host was very helpful and attentive to everything, for example, he helped us rent bikes. We booked the sunset cruise through the hotel which we really enjoyed. Great A/C. Nice to have free breakfast. We booked an additional night here because we were having such a comfortable stay.

Large clean rooms, great value and location

Really nice hotel, the room we stayed in was massive and really clean. Absolute bargain for what we paid. It's in a great location too, near enough to main town but not loud at night.

Perfect accommodation and very reasonable !

Tony was so helpful during our stay. He gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and best places to eat which did not disappoint ! He was so approachable. The accommodation itself was perfect . Lovely big room and very clean !

Great owner, low budget, high humidity

Tony was very helpful: he organised transfers from and to Cat Ba for us, helped us renting a motorbike for a very fair price and suggested us a one-day boat trip to Lan Ha Bay. Breakfast was ok.

The room was very very wet (even in November): there was some mold on the headboard of the bed and also the floor was always wet. Flooding the bathroom floor with the shower (inevitable) didn't help.

Great would recommend

Great manager, Tony - very helpful, booked tour for us and onward travel to Hanoi. Lovely family. Good location - a short walk from restaurants/bars along the front and popular bahn mi shop. Can rent scooters for very good price.
