Great location , very clean and friendly staff.
The location was perfect . Was able to walk to restaurants , go shopping and leave the car in secure parking. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Was a perfect stay . Know where I will be staying on my next trip to Ballarat.
There was nothing not to like.

Excellent value.
Location, the "family" room had 2 bathrooms and you could separate the sleeping area, there were comfy couches in both areas, there was free carparking, plenty of glasses, cups, microwave, an excellent shower and no noise from neighbouring rooms.

Clean room in Ballarat CBD. Friendly Staff
Really friendly staff that managed to organise an earlier check in for me on a busy weekend. All My intersections with staff from Booking the room, to check in were amazing. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.
The price was high (understandably for Spilt Milk Festival) but I think for what I paid and what the room was was not great value for money.

We were so looking forward to getting away and the hotel was such a let diwn
Location within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants
Room needs updating, most furniture was either scratched, damaged or worn. Room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, windows didnt open.
