Disappointing

Room was nice and dark for sleeping

Entry to the property is a little hidden. Black mould on the manhole cover in bathroom, door would open by itself when shut, reception area wasnt open at stated times, cleaning staff didnt understand simple customer requests.

Nice enough location but rather disappointing overall.

The location and the pool.

Reception never staffed. No streaming services at all despite advertising that they have them. Poor internet connection. Lists restaurant and room service both of which are not operational. Room not cleaned adequately (lots of dirt under the beds and some dead bugs and many old webs in the room that remained there the entire stay). Staff left windows open in our room without our knowledge while we were out for the day (security issue. Not very toddler safe, as the door to the Carpark was fitted with a long security chain that we had to tie with other items in order to shorten and stop our son getting out. Room was not turned down on some of the days we stayed and the tea was never replenished.

Pool closed, restaurant closed.......being extremely hot I booked based on the description and was bitterly disappointed! Not as promoted at all! I had to phone twice after I left to obtain a receipt for the stay - next time around I think I will stay elsewhere.

Exceptional

Great stay - have stayed before and will stay again,

Location was great, easy to get to. quiet and clean room, When talking to the owner she was very accommodating limited mobility was able to move me to a room to accommodate the limited mobility,

Person that was in training, had no idea of the lay out of the rooms - could not give direction nor explain where my room was. Did not provide the wifi password had to chase it the next morning,
