The rooms were clean but could (Read More) use some cosmetic updates. The breakfast was better than expected. Some guests experienced issues with the TV cable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and guests would consider staying again.

Pleasant

It was great on such short notice.

It looked nice at first glance the beds were comfortable.

It was a few specks of dirt & hair in the shower. A few towels also had faint stains on them. And a big bug was dead in the windowsill.

For the uncleanliness and the unattended damage it is extremely over priced and we were extremely dissatisfied!

The location was great for the reason for our stay.

The bed was not clean. There were someone elses eyeglasses and dust and hair on the box spring under the headboard. There are cracks and unattended damage everywhere. Everything metal in our room was rusted. The counter top was falling off of the wall.

Clogged Toilets and Hotel welcoming guest with Toilet Plungers.

Guy at front desk was very rude, not helpful at all. Toilets were choked and when I asked him, he gave me toilet plunger to clean. When I asked him if I need to clean myself or hotel staff will do it, he showed attitude and told me that I have to clean if I want to use. This is the first time I have seen hotel staff welcoming customer with Toilet Plunger and ask them to clean hotel toilets.

The location, close to coliseum.

The room was dusty, with bugs noted on ceiling, room 606, no elevator, rooms all outside entry via stairs if on second level. Breakfast, sausage was cold.
