Superb

Very nice short overnight stay for us with our dog. Perfect room, good services like EV charge for car.

Beautiful location, nice facilities. We could charge our car overnight. We booked with dog and there was a nice dog cushion ready, plus water/food bowl plus some snacks. Made us feel very welcome.

We arrived late at night (11pm) - 2 adults & 3 kids with plenty of suitcases. We asked the staff to help unload our suitcases - they said No. Then after check-in we asked if they could help / if we could borrow a trolly to move our suitcases up to our room - they told us that there were none available. This made it extremly difficult after a long plane journey already.

Pleasant

Good location, wide-range breakfast and genuinely refurbished. However, the room service was so poor.

The location and the breakfast was perfect. The hotel was renovated perfectly

In the description it was mentioned that it has got the slippers in the room but it didnt. Even though we asked the reception desk to provide the room slippers, they unfortunately refused it

Location at the river quite nice. Public transport 7 minutes walk Public parking in front of the building for reasonable price all basics are ok

the house from the outside is a landmark. The inside is mostly ordinary, like average Scandic level

Needs a good shake up to realise its potential. Could be a lovely place but need to train staff not to just do bare min

Location was where we wanted to be and had some nice bars not too far away

Didnt get a very friendly welcome. Basically dont bother us until 3 o clock and its check in time. No mini bar or water in the room. Room was not clean - crisp packets and bottles under the bed despite it having been inspected. Fittings dusty and basically everything tired. Soap was in body lotion dispenser so you can imagine what a mess that was.
