    Good location, quiet, not far from the center. Direct bus Nr.300 from the airport to the hotel.The hotel has a very good restaurant

    There is no body to take the bags from the car or helping me to take it to the room I am alone caring the bags to my room and when I call some body from the staff to help no one comes to me .

    The most overrated hotel in Krakow.
    Location is good.
    This is my second negative experience of this hotel. First time one of the male receptionists was rude. But several months later we decided to give the hotel a second chance due to the price, whilst hoping things would improve from the last visit. The receptionist on check in this time is too inexperienced and needs formal training in proper hotel customer service. There were no friendly greetings, and our check in was like a chore to her. Not a great welcoming start to our stay. In the room various light bulbs did not work which was reported to a different receptionist on our checkout - this lady was friendly and good at her job unlike when we checked in. And the night we stayed there were loud stomping sounds from the room above where parents of some kids just let them run around until late evening. Soundproofing is not substantial enough. Pillows smelt stale. And the duvet was too thin. Bath tub needs thorough cleaning. Restaurant is over priced for sub standard food. The hotel superficially looks clean and up market however underneath the facade is a cheaply run establishment. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
