The room, the staff, the breakfast? The gym, the location (central), nearby restaurants. Ideal for a business trip.

The area may be too quiet for a weekend stay; and it does not have a rooftop such as it ls counterpart in Miraflores.

The best beds, slept like a Queen

The botones Giancarlo was extremely helpful and the hotel staff was very friendly.

I couldn't use the stairs but that's one of my issues with avoiding elevators. Even with it, they were very understanding and accompanied me in the elevator.

Poor after stay service

Large and confortable room

I've written three times to the hotel, asking to send me the invoice via mail (not exactly a complicated request) which I need to get reimbursement from my firm. Never received any answer and of course any invoice.
