Very good

Super solid and cheap place to stay close at USC and Downtown.

Great location and super easy check-in. Same when we left. Great price for value for Los Angeles, very quiet and a safe area super close at USC. Perfect stay for a night or two on a budget! Thank you.

Its a house with different rooms, everyone shares showers. Its was hot asf no ac. No street parking had to pay$20 just to park at the facility..charging hotel prices and your sharing everything with others.. beds are super close.. the info is very misleading

Parking was a huge plus inside the room it was cozy especially the fact that our room had its own shower and bath. will definitely stay again

Inflexible property manager and additional charges

The property manager was extremely rigid and inflexible. Only after I booked this place, I was notified that they would charge additional $49 for our late arrival (although the staff is not even there to meet you, one does not need a key to enter the room, they provide a pin. So for what are they charging $49 then?). They also charge for parking. Had I known about these additional charges beforehand I would have booked a different place. These unexpected charges did not seem right. It was too late to cancel the reservation without a fee. Of course, the property ended up charging me a fee of over $80 and of course, they declined to waive it even after booking.com asked them about it. This lack of understanding and of any good will whatsoever were disappointing. Good luck keeping a thriving business!
