Very poor

Unacceptably damp rooms, disappointing food, definitely not 4 stars

Location a short walk to very nice beaches. Good sized pool area. Well maintained grounds.

We were initially put in a room on the ground floor next to the pool. The room was incredibly damp - the paint was peeling off the walls and there was visible mould. It also had one very tine window so felt like a prison cell. The air conditioning looked a good 20 years old. There was also sand and dirt on the floor and we found hairs on the bedsheets. When we complained we were told the hotel was full and we couldn't be moved (there were clearly rooms not being used), despite explaining that my wife has sever asthma that the damp and mould were irritating. We tried again the next day and were moved to a much better room with a balcony and lots of light. The food was also very sub par for the price and supposed 4 stars. Incredibly bland and the worst paella we've ever eaten. The atmosphere in the dining area was as bland as the food.

Everything from The begining till the end was great. We were sorry, that we stayed there only two nights. The bed was huge in size and very confy . The beach small and not crowded. Was very good quality/price ratio. The area is Very quite.

Breakfast was not good enough for 4 star hotel.

Overall, very nice stay with excellent service.

Nice surroundings and it was close to beach

It was last day of season, so we have been served with limited options for breakfast. Cleaning stuff was very loud in the morning.

The pool area is nice, rooms are comfortable with balcony. Food is good , especially the breakfast has quite good choice.

It was pleasant.

The overall look of the hotel was very nice.

We were not impressed with the breakfast. The first day there was hot food but when it ran out it wasnt being replenished. the 2nd and 3rd day there was very little hot food and no one seemed to be serving teas or coffees - we had to find someone to help us. Rooms were pretty basic and didnt felt run down.

The quality of the room was not 4 stars category. It was small, dark. There was 2 single beds intead of double and there was a gap between beds. You coud look through the door because of a gap

Wouldn't book again

Nice and quiet location. Enough parking space. Good breakfast.

The rooms are old and dirty. At arrival we noticed long black hairs (clearly not ours) on the floor, drinking glasses and in the bathroom. Even after mentioning it at the reception it did't improve. Also the airconditioning was very noisy and not very effective.
