The house and room were lovely with a lot of nice touches.

Breakfast was not that good and the staff seemed to be less than welcoming. We agreed to come for b fast at a specific time but then it wasn't ready There seems to be a lot of rules. Most of which were common sense and reasonable but do they really need to be given to all guests? That is what T&Cs are for.

Very relaxing, comfortable, peaceful and quiet.

Great location and the property is very well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Although breakfast was included in the booking, they somehow did not know about it and had to make our breakfast in a rush the next morning. But, it was still worth the wait.

Location is good for Pretoria visit. Quite and comfy place. The staff is helpful and nice. The property is nicely fitted and has a really cool feel.

It's location is woow, the area is so quiet and you can easily rest. The bed is so comfortable and super spacious. Their food is nice and wereally enjoyed it. The staff is soo helpful and was constantly checking on us if we were ok. The bathroom is big and very clean. Their facilities are clean and well maintained.

Not great - not the most accessible place / rooms.

Not clear which entrance to use to be close to your room / reception; very bad drive in the lodge when you drive down to the parking if you use the gate on the opposite side of reception - I had to stop my car, get out and check if it was safe for me to drive down that downhill without crashing; rooms are very very far from the parking with only stairs to use no lift. So if you have to go get stuff out of your car into the room it's horrible hard work and no one to help.

Dusty. Too much furniture in room makes it difficult to move. Strong paint smell and renovations in corridor noisy. No table to work at in business room
