Not bad but not worthy of five stars

Good food at the pool bar.

Location is not beachfront as the name suggests. We booked a superior room but found the facilities to be dated with an unpleasant drainage smell in the bathroom and poor lighting. Despite checkin being from 3pm, we couldnt access our room until 3:45pm.

Very good

Overall a solid 3 star hotel, but bring ear plugs to compensate for the poor room acoustics.

location was great, close to beach, bars and restaurants. Pool and Bar also great..

room acoustics were really bad. we needed ear plugs to sleep as built quality of the rooms is poor, could hear the adjacent room quests talking, sorting, TV etc. Was like sharing a room with strangers. Not good.

The staff where friendly and very helpful. At reception , a lady called Apple went above and beyond to help us, we are very grateful for her. Around the pool ICK was the best bartender we have enjoyed in Tailand. The cocktails was 100% every time. ICK was fantastic and friendly and knew room 5209 by sight. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we would recommend Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel to anyone.

If we have to critic the hotel we would like to have better sower gel as it has a bad smell and a wash cloth in the bathroom. A separate hair conditioner would be preferable.

Perfect holiday

Location is very convenient only 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is a perfect choice if you want a beachfront hotel (not a private beach but just across the street). Staffs were very friendly with hospitality mind. Highly recommend :)

I recommend this hotel, and first of all for the staff who made us feel at home, nothing compares to these good people who always make you smile like Ple, Gift, A, Zuna and many others whose names I don't remember, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for making our vacation unforgettable, every morning at breakfast they greeted us with a smile, housekeeping is the best of all the hostels we stayed in, we were most impressed by the cleanliness here, they are attentive to the details, they put things on the table and everything was ideal as we wanted, the food at the restaurant is so delicious and the kitchen staff as well, about the reception I can also say that they are very responsive and well done, I accidentally forgot my bag on chair and they kept it with them until I collected it, and the lady with phi phi Island I don't know her name, was very polite, she helped us take us to different interesting trips, thank you all for the comfort, we will come back for sure, deserves this hotel 10/10

Lovely, beautiful location.

The location was incredible Buffet breakfast had such a wide variety and was so fresh and delicious Rooms were super spacious and cleaned daily with fresh water. Staff were helpful whenever needed and made everything so easy and they were very lovely
