Great room in heart of Chiaia

The property was clean and stylish They provided drinks and snacks in the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Cafes and restaurants and shopping were all close by.

Superb

Everything you need in a neighborhood that's very good for Naples, with plenty of places reachable directly from the Piazza Amadeo train station, and the old town within an easy walk (or the hill to climb). Lots of coffee included.

roomservice breakfast good, but very sweet (and to be reserved the evening before).

We would definitely stay again.

The staff were super friendly,helpful, & went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast of freshly made pastries delivered daily to our room were delightful. Safe location, we never felt unsafe the entire time. High end shopping close by and a fantastic pizza restaurant a stroll away.

Room was noisy, we could hear traffic and honking of car horns, though were given earplugs, it didnt help.

Good place to stay!!

The place is very good and the staff was very helpful!! Very well situated. All luxury brands, amazing restaurants were nearby. Neat and clean room.

The towels were too rundown. Rest all was very good.

Beautiful rooms. But a few small oversights.

Extremely comfortable and convenient. Very pleasant staff.

Quite expensive. And at this price you expect everything to be working well. But the bathroom sink faucet delivered ONLY hot water! Also the smoke detector had the battery removed. (We didn't have time to notify the staff.)

Do t think wed stay there again..

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was good and parking was convenient.

The was only warm water for showers, no place to set toiletries in the shower, poor drainage in shower, soap/shower gel was inadequate for 2 individuals. Also it would be nice to have an iron or steamer available. clothes usually need pressing after being packed in suitcases.
