Our stay was acceptable but not sure if I will return.

Breakfast was okay but had very limited variety. Location was great. Room was great. Facilities was great.

Limited breakfast. Noisy cleaning staff members. Waiters seemed to be taken off the street and given basic training.

Comfortable stay in a good location

Good location and feels very safe. Rooms are very spacious.

It was New Years so to be expected but the hotel was overrun by hyper children for 3 days solid. Strange issue - the hairdryers in the rooms have European Plugs .. in SA. So you need to fetch an adaptor (at a deposit) from reception. Weird

Would never have paid the amount we did, we expected a quality stay, but got dirty carpets and no dstv or Netflix

Both rooms were not cleaned properly. One glass was so badly stained water could not even clean it. No Netflix or dstv

Very good service

The room was big, clean & comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was very convenient for us not far from the kynsna centre, the pool was clean. The place is well taken care of.

Breakfast was good but could be better add more options on different days. The drainage was quite slow which caused water to take long to be drained when taking a shower.
