Guests staying in the Prestbury Suite wished they could have stayed longer due to its comfort and furnishings. They found the welcome pack generous and appreciated the stocked fridge for breakfast. T (Read More)he Montpellier Suite on the ground floor was well-appointed and the convenient location allowed for easy access to town. All guests enjoyed the provided amenities and felt at home during their stay at the Portland Apartments.

Good location to explore the Cotswolds from

Great location

The washer drier was impossible to understand. Even the owner struggled. Shrunk a $400 top mine. Ruined Great supply of food left for us complimentary which lasted the 4 days Great location from centre and the cineworld complex. Lots of restaurants etc 3 min walk

Poor communication Host reported me as a no show despite the fact I had cancelled Offered to rebook and has ignored my communication Full amount taken despite my numerous attempts Almost 200 deducted from my account 2 days after Christmas through no fault of my own is appalling

Fantastic, relaxing, the apartment has a really nice vibe. Was great to hangout in the evening and relax.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. The decor was fantastic. A real cool place to stay. The care package was great and the service was second to none. Cant rate it enough.

This apartment beats any 5* hotel room Ive stayed in.

Everything! Comfort. Easy walking to any venue in Cheltenham. On site parking. Great coffee making and breakfast items. Lovely sitting room. I visit friends in Cheltenham regularly and like my own space. I will always use Portland Apartments in the future rather than a hotel.

Couldnt see/ find a USB charging point.
