Great place to make your base to explore North

Amazing staff and property ! Connectivity: Bus stop right in front of property. 35 mins to Platja de Formento and 30 mins to Platja de Alcudia. Tons of hobbies to do at the property. Halloween party / spooky walk for kids was so well done. Superb buffet.

Very good

It's my 9th visit to the hotel , I love the Pools/Grounds/Rooms/Beds. It's ideally located between Alcudia and Puerto pollensa and the bus comes right into the hotel drive , but I choose the location because I walk a lot.

I don't think kids should be allowed in any part of the outdoor spa area. That should be for adults only as it's for relaxing and not suitable for screaming kids whose parents don't seem to bother controlling them. They have a huge area to play in already.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful resort.

The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The resort has aesthetically attractive with well spaced facilities and a real feeling of being close to nature. It was quiet and being taken to our suite by golf cart was a nice surprise.

Almost anything was perfect however after a rain shower some of the loose floor tiles on the peripheral paths moved and splashed you with muddy water when you walked on them.

The suit was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, and Millie in the baby room was great with my two young children, aged 1 & 2.

A large portion of the playground is no longer there, it's been replaced with a portable room for the mini club. The photo on here is misleading, as, travelling during October half term when hot weather wasn't guaranteed, a big draw card with two young children was the playground.

A decent choice for its price

Service, food, ducks in pool. Nature reserve that is accessible from the hotel.

Far away from the city. If you don't have dinner included you only have 2 options: buy pizza at the bar or take a taxi/bus and go to the nearest city . There's a small shop by hotel, but you won't find normal snacks there: only chips. If you decide to have dinner at the hotel you have to buy a buffet that is too pricey. You can reach the beach by crossing the highway, but there's no pedestal crossing or traffic light. It's too risky to run through the highway.

Nice area but average place

The room is spacious. The resort is big. Nice ducks in the pool.

It's a very big resort build in the middle of a national park but next to a main road (so it's actually quite noisy). The hotel itself is very unpersonal and doesn't have any charm. The room are not as clean as it should be (especially when the hotel is suppose to have that many stars). The food (breakfast & diner) was very poor quality. Really a shame for such high price (& for Spain). The hotel pretend they have access to the beach but it's not true. There is no real beach nearby - the closest is Alcudia Finally, I love ducks but I'm not sure they belong in a swimming pool for humans. Really not hygienic at all.
