Nice clean hotel with comfortable bed.

Restaurant was very poor. Service was okay but food was below standard. Access to hotel was poor, due to roadworks. Hotel should have advised customers prior to arrival.

Convenient for a quick layover from/to Valencia airport

Very helpful staff at reception. I appreciated their willingness to change my room. The rooms are larger than expected, well furnished and the bathroom looks as if it had new tiling. The wifi worked well.

The smell in the room was offputting. Not sure if it was caused by fumes coming from aircraft that fly close to the hotel or if someone had been smoking in the room. The smell was less strong in the second room I was moved to but still there nevertheless.

Good experience but bring some bottles of water with you.

Kind staff and very clean, also the sauna was great. Room was spacious and had all the essentials.

Would have been nice to have a free water fountain or bottles of water. (2 in the room) Also would have been nice if the breakfast was included with the price of the stay.

Great location for Valencia airport

No room facilities to make a hot drink. The room was freezing cold and took a while to warm up. The food in the main restaurant was served to us cold.

Organizing the shuttle bus is a bit of a pain. Step down from shuttle bus broken and driver seemed unconcerned when I almost fell off the bus. Logging into wifi a bit complicated No USB charging port

Nice room and bed, but hotel let down by average facilities and poor customer service.

Smooth check-in, room and bathroom clean.

Restaurant only opens at 8pm, and only had one vegetarian option which was rice-based. For a hotel dealing with international travellers, this is unacceptable. I was given a plate of barbecued vegetables. Although advertised, there was no food available in the cafeteria. Although there are currently long-term roadworks outside the hotel, making access to the airport difficult to find, there was no word about this from reception staff. A simple map would have been very helpful.
