I didn't stay as they are chareging extra money they said they dont follow oyo amount

Staffs behavior was so bad specially reception person and the most thing is they are chargeing extra 500 rupees and say we don't follow oyo rates. Seriously horrable experience we faced yesterday night.

No breakfast was served,however breakfast is included when I booked the room,room is dirty ,used and dirty blanket provided after being asked,bathroom is dirty
