The location is very convenient and accessible. All staff that I met were kind and friendly service. In general, the hotel is comfortable.

I missed having a microwave in my room. It could be an essential facility to offer.

I love the location of the Hotel. It has a view and also very close to the restaurants and shops. Very convient place to stay if you plan to visit the downtown Vancouver.

Location to Harbour and seaplane

It was very noisy on corridors. the hot tub wasn't working when we went to use the pool, breakfast was poor, small servings, and expensive. Could do with investing in better pillows and beds.

Fantastic location and comfortable stay

- big king bed, very comfortable - amazing location, able to walk to many restaurants and the city centre - fast lifts were a standouts - great customer service

- TV was old and only free to air, would have loved an Apple TV/Chromecast/ streaming services
