Had a truly amazing experience at Philip Karu Homestay.The property is nestled between a beautiful spice farm.The room was immaculately maintained.It has a beautiful rustic old charm. The hosts Mr and Mrs Philip Joykutty were the kindest and most gracious hosts I have ever met.I was touched by their warm hospitality and attention to detail. We were served a delicious and sumptuous breakfast of Kerala special delicacies. Overall it was an experience which i wished would have lasted longer! I will be revisiting soon for a longer duration. Thank you Sir and Madam:)

Excellent experience in staying at a farm house

The way the host received us is excellent. The property is located in the middle of a spice farm which gives us a unique experience. They served a delicious Kerala style breakfast which my kids liked very much. Overall I would recommend this place for everyone who is visiting Thekkady. Enjoy traveling!

Best stay ever by all means. Amazing host, great breakfast, beautiful surrounding, clean rooms, safe atmosphere and homely feel. Will visit again for sure. Highly recommend if you are looking for a serene and calm homestay. You will love interacting with the host. They always go an extra mile to make you comfortable.

Simple, Limited items ....but nice.. Calm and quiet, nature-friendly area. Easily accessible to the town. Everybody was friendly...

Mirror was absent in bedroom. We were not informed dog will be roaming around early morning.

We were welcomed by Mr Philp and Mrs Mary on our 3 days trip to Thekkady . His home is a heavenly abode sitting in tranquil amidst the cardamom hills , strategically located you can visit Munnar and Vagamon within 100 kms from the property , the breakfasts were amazing , delicious and healthy , the rooms were cozy and felt like a second home . This is the best place to be and we will visit soon , best hosts one can have !!

All in all a great place to stay with family

Philip Mary Farm Stay is located in a very peaceful and beautiful place. It is a 5 acre farm of lush trees and plants. Situated just 3 kilometre drive from Thekkady Tourist Centre and away from the hustle and bustle of Kumily Town. This place is perfect for families as well as bachelors. We stayed here with family. Rooms are clean. The host cleared our doubts regarding the journey to thekkady Boat Booking and all. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. All in all a great place to stay.

Glad that we chose Philip Mary Farm stay

My experience was way beyond my expectations. The location is nestled in a quite and peaceful place away from the town and yet not far away. Within the farm also there is no crowd and the six acre spice farm gives you the peace and quiet for which we yearn so much. The room gives a heritage feel and is very very clean. Do not miss the morning walk. Mr Philip will tell you the best trail you can take. Also do not miss the authentic kerala breakfast in a natural spacious dining set up. The hosts were genuinely hospitable. It was truly a refreshing stay.
