Disappointing

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SPEND MONEY

Location could not fault. The pool and beach right there exceptional

The room OMG! Management needs to seriously spend some money on the rooms. The shower was absolutely disgusting! Paying $286 AUD a night would expect alot better. Would not stay again

Phi Phi Island Cabana hotel is justifiably a 3 star hotel, but it's location and views are superb

We had a deluxe room with a stunning sea view looking at the bay. The noise from Slinkeys bar 300m away on the beach (the local nightspot) was not too bad at night, although they did give us ear plugs at reception which thankfully were not needed. The swimming pool and patio outside are beautiful with fantastic views of the bay. The breakfast each day was very good and varied, you even had hot milk for the coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their face and they kept the hotel and grounds spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel as somewhere to stay on Phi Phi island, It's location is superb and only 200m from the ferry. The porters helped us with our suitcases too and from the ferry. There is lots to do on the island with tons of bars and different types of eating places plus lots of exchange shops and ATM's. We stayed at the hotel for a week to recharge the batteries and it certainly worked.

The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were both a bit dated, Phi Phi itself was packed with daytrippers which was to be expected over the Xmas period. However the pervading smell of sewage from the drains on the main streets was constant and literally got up your nose. It does make you wonder where all the sewage actually goes. A week is too long in this small island but it was also great fun.

Would happily return due to beautiful view and location don't expect 5 star luxury.

Wonderful sea view from bedroom. Great location, convenient for bars and restaurants, quiet location. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was dated and desperately needed upgrading.

We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely return and stay longer next time

The location was perfect, the view from our room was amazing, and the pool was very nice The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent We were close to everything but at the same time it was quiet and peaceful

The gym was absolutely useless

Very good

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the view from our room was incredible.

The location and beautiful views of the bay were amazing, the staff at the front desk are so nice and the individuals that greeted us when we got off the fairy and helped with our luggage were the best, the breakfast was amazing and so was the staff there.

I personally did not like the bed in our room as it was uncomfortable and the water pressure was not the best at times, the cleaning staff could do a little better

Good location and views, but the rooms would benefit from being updated.

Location, view and swimming pool. Was spacious and staff were polite. Good base to access the town and facilities.

The room/bathroom were dated and would benefit from a complete update. The beds were hard and albeit that the electrics worked, the plug sockets were loose. Water stopped working and toilets wouldnt flush on last day. Staff appeared to be disorganised at times. Noise from beach bar between 8pm and 2am made it difficult to sleep, but not the fault of the hotel.
