A majestical retreat.

A new secret silent escape, high winding coastal roads, deep in the forest with breathtaking views over the Balearic Sea. Sunsets and sunrises, wild hiking, goats to sip coffee with in the morning. Botanically named rooms, in an old Monastery with a chapel

Very good

Very quiet and relaxing place. Beatiful scenery and hikes starting directly from the monastery. Loved that they allowed guests to use the kitchen after breakfast hours.

I was unable to check-in. I received instructions that I would be able to check-in online via a QR code at reception and that my room key would be left at the desk. I checked-in online successfully but there was no key left at reception. For some reason the contact information provided did not work so I was unable to call for assistance. There were instructions to drive to a bar that was 1 hour away for help. I read the reviews for this bar and all said the customer service left much to desire. I decided to cancel my booking on the day and then find accommodation last-minute elsewhere as I did not think a 1 hour drive to a bar that may or may not have the key to my room was reasonable. This was very disappointing as the place actually looked lovely and I much preferred it to my last-minute place. When Booking.com reached out to the hotel, they said there was someone at reception and that they didn't have problems receiving calls/messages/emails from other travellers. You also need to contact Booking.com customer service before the check-out date. I doubt I will be able to get a refund. Be careful. Bust down a door if you need to.

The stay was wonderful. I loved the location and interior of the hotel/monastery. Very recommended!

The location of the hotel is wonderful! The interior of the hotel is beautiful and original. I loved the raw style of the hotel which reminds guests it used to be a monastery. Truely wonderful. I would like to be back!

I missed information how can I book breakfast after arrival. I did not notice a paper card in reception stating that I need to put my name if I would like to have breakfast. I think it would be great if such info is provided by email once the hotel is booked.

Very good

Calm and perfect

It is calm and beautiful and very little traffic and noice. Quit, nature, panorama. No TV on the rooms, but very good for hiking and to de-stress. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Simple but perfect

I can imagine, that there is a lot more action and noisy when the restaurant is open and mid-season. Still a great refuge away from mass-tourism etc

Very good

Amazingly place in an incredible location! Very peaceful and unique. Car is needed though. It was a convent and these can be seen in size of the rooms and windows. You can use the kitchen and store and prep your own food. 3 min walk from the hotel, is a nice and traditional restaurant with great views and where to try local food! The staff very nice and helpful.

very disappointing and would warn people to avoid this hotel if possible.

the breakfast was nice, and the view from the front court yard is amazing

there is no air conditioning so the rooms are incredibly hot during summer months, and the ceiling fans are old and not fitted securely so are very noisy, to the point we decided we couldnt sleep, so we decided to leave the hotel and make alternative arrangements mid way through our stay.
