Passable

I should have kept bothering the staff until I could figure out the house

The facilities, the pool, the beauty of the area. I went into the local town and enjoyed a very fine seafood grill.

When I plugged in appliances in the bedroom , that seemed to mess up the lights. The lights in the bedroom never worked, so I used it in darkness. Why were the plugs connected to the light switches? that seemed unnecessarily complex !!! However I sleep using a CPAP machine and the appliances matter more than the lights I wanted to heat up the room and I couldn't figure out the air conditioning system. I tried both bedrooms and eventually I gave up. There was no extra bedding and because I couldn't get the room heated up, I slept in a dark cold room. I was thrilled the next morning to leave and enjoy the heat of daylight. I was perhaps too polite and didn't want to bring somebody into the house at 10 or 11 at night to deal with this.

Not worthy during winter season

We got partially sea view but still it was good, Pool looks great but cant use during winter season. We took Spa and Sauna which is very worth.

Bed and blanket quality is not so good, House is very chilled and AC is not efficient to keep the room warm. Breakfast is just OK OK. Not recommended this stay during Winter season.

Very good

Location was great, in close proximity to hiking trails and beaches. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy.

Nice looking resort but I will definitely not book with them on next visit in Carvoeiro

Great location, between two beautiful _cove-type beaches and walking distance to the town centre. In the very heart of the cliff walking trails. Also. the complex is very nice with a feel of a small terraced housing estate, spacious apartments, great restaurant and nice swimming pool area.

The resort is lying on booking website about double bed availability. If you are a couple and want a one double bed mattress, don't book this place. They show available, you book and pay for one, and when you arrive you learn you get it it "if available". And the staff refused to to provide the apartment with double bed, instead they were trying to cover it, by putting a double sheet over the two single mattresses. so unprofessional. During water outage, for nearly a whole day, while nothing they could do about it, the resort failed to organize and provide at least a few bottles of water for simple hygiene purposes. You would expect customers not being just left with the information there is no water in taps and toilets.

The apartment was clean and lovely setting. The staff were really friendly. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was really nice and tasty. The staff there were really attentive and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location and comfortable environment

The shower - I hate Portuguese showers: antiquated mixing system (why not thermostat valves?), very difficult to get a steady desired water temperature, and a tiny shower head!
