This has the Wow factor on so many levels. For start to finish they make you feel at relaxed

Lovely.

Its a beautiful place. The spa, pool, and public areas are outstanding. Welcoming and turndown service marvelous. Food in hotel pricey but good.

The rooms are rather dark and somewhat threadbare in places, but its no big deal.

Staff were excellent

We had issues with breakfast on two separate days, yes they apologised, but no offer was ,made to adjust the bill, it's not the money but the right thing to have offered
