A rare gem !

Boutique yet 5*, Food amazing, views amazing and the staff super helpful. I would return, this is now on my favorites list !

It was a tad cold in the bar areas so more heating please ( as we travelled in winter )

A very peaceful place.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room had a lovely view of the river. Food was very good.

The hotel is a bit far from town so taxis were required whenever we went out. Taxis came to the hotel promptly when called by the hotel but finding a taxi to return was challenging.

Great river views well priced gem a little off path in Porto

Converted perfume, soap and candle factory with ubiquity front desk area showing products and things used to produce those. Great river views and from rooms too.

River view Staff Just 5 mins away from the centre. Decor

Last night although humid and not cold, the air con system was turned to heating for the whole floor because one guest complained it was cold. You cannot control the air con from your room.

Fantastic hotel and great river views

The views, the staff, cleanliness and general state of all facilities

Its a bit away from the center and garage space is tight. Also, to get to breakfast you have to go out for a short walk but with bad weather this could be uncomfortable for some people

Very nice hotel, with an amazing river view!

The amazing river view. The Front Desk staff was very prestative.

The triple rooms face an interior lobby, no view waht so ever. All you see is a wall and some decorative stones. We had already stayed at this hotel and the view was the reason for us to return. When we arrived at the room and saw that there was no river view, we were very disappointed and went to the reception. There, they were extremely helpful and upgraded us to a room with a view, for a"symbolic" extra cost. For that, we are very grateful. Nevertheless, it's very unfortunate that people who want to stay in a triple room are "punished" and have to face a wall... According to the front desk all triple rooms have no view and this important fact is not mentioned at Booking's website.
