Exceptional

After the experience from last year I decided to stay at this place again. Communication with Nikos was perfect, the place was very pleasant, the beach just a few minutes of walking. Satisfaction level: 100% ;-)

Amazing place to relax and chill with your family with great and caring hosts. We will definitely come back one day!

Very quite and serene place with everything a family needs. Nikos was very helpful and super nice and helped us with our needs. We had a great time, embracing nature and the relaxing Greek life! The beach is 3 minutes of walk with the children and we spent most of our time there or at the villa, waking up every morning to beautiful views of the sea.

Beds and showers were very good but the living room chairs could use some improvements to be more comfortable.

Location close to and overlooking beach. Quiet. Great patio with multiple olive trees. Good parking.

The inside lighting was poor. Lightbulb colour was harsh blue/white and too dull.

Excellent stay at Periyali, would come back again as it was most peaceful.

Scenery and location were spectacular with the local views.

Could be closer to a market for shopping for groceries, would be better, but this isnt the fault of Periyali.

Ease of last minute booking.

slightly ambiguous as it says 'airport' transfer available but we had to make our own arrangements. We expected to find somewhere to eat within a block or two but had to walk over an hour round trip for breakfast. No cafe, or shops or anyway of getting a bite locally.

Very good

A great location near Lavrio port for ferry to Kea early next morning. Fun to have a beach so close!

A lovely little spot that was great value. Just a stroll to the local beach and lovely views from the patio.The owner was there when we arrived and was very helpful. He always communicated really quickly.

We got lost in the dark and arrived later than expected. I think this made him a little grumpy! Because we were so tired we made the silly mistake of leaving the keys inside and the door got locked behind us late at night. We felt terrible for waking his wife up. If it had been made really clear to us maybe we wouldn't have had to do that. We were partly to blame for both of those issues.
