Pazziella Garden & Suites is an exceptional boutique hotel in Capri. The small size provides a private and quaint atmosphere. The 24/7 concierge is helpful and goes above and beyond. The grounds are (Read More)well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. The rooms are newly renovated and luxurious with attention to detail. The location is great, right in the city center and close to transportation. The staff is amazing, providing excellent service and assistance. The hotel offers amenities such as a restaurant with a talented chef, a swimming pool, and a fabulous jacuzzi. Overall, it is highly recommended for a memorable stay in Capri.

Highlight of our holiday with an overnight stay in Capri at the Pazziella

Beautiful hotel in excellent location and a very good breakfast. Bathroom toiletries are very good quality. Complimentary cake and limoncello in the room - very good. Upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic and if we we were returning to Capri, would definetly stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pazziella is beyond amazing. A service experience like no other. The communication through Whatsapp was accurate and fast. We arrived to Capri by ferry, you can schedule the transporation in advance through them. There was an ambassador waiting for us to take us to our scheduled taxi service. During the stay they were extremely helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. They took care of everything at check out, luggage, transportation back to the pier and the ambassador stayed with us to make sure we took the right ferry. It was our first time at Capri and they made everything so perfect. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years and Pazziella truly has one of the most amazing teams I've seen. Special thank you to Roberta and Silvia, they were outstading and the true "definition" of what hospitality means.

Incredible stay in the heart of Capri!

Best location, property, and staff. Truly a 5 star experience. My partner and I loved our stay and the proximity to the heart of Capri. The staff is willing to help with everything you need (booking a private boat tour, making dinner reservations, etc) and the included breakfast is wonderful.
