Everything excellent except the customer service from the receptionists

Excellent attention to detail when it comes to it erupt design, very clean and great location

The customer service from receptionist was extremely poor, in comparison to other Palihotels we stayed in - this one felt like it didnt receive any training (no understanding that their main duty is to be nice, polite and helpful to guests).

Great hotel (location, interior design, comfort), very poor service from receptionists

Outstanding interior design (impeccable attention to detail), comfortable beds and great location

The staff at the reception completely untrained to perform their job. Didnt want to help when we asked a concierge service (help with a car rental) and told us to go to the room and call the companies ourselves. Apart the General Manager, the rest need training in customer service and understand that part of the job is to help customers as its a 4 star facility

Quite low quality standard

The place is very nice

The room was dirty and smelly. The carpet stinks of dog. The room has never been really clean. A kibble from previous guest was in a corner under the sink and it hasnt been removed for our entire stay. The place is so very nice and its a pity the standard is so low. It has great potentiality.

not worth it

it was very close to where I needed to go for work.

Sunset Boulevard is no longer safe to even stand out on at night. It's very dark in front of the hotel it's very difficult to see when to turn in for the hotel. The parking stuff was rude to a colleague that came by. The elevator was is scary so I only took the stairs. It is old and small and definitely not worth the money. I don't even have photos from the stay

Great stylish hotel with a few downsides

Very stylish room with great bed and an awesome shower and a lot of items in the mini bar. I absolutely loved the interior!

We didnt really have windows with our room, it was in the middle of the building and the only windows were out to the hotel corridor so we had to keep the curtains shut at all times. They also have a garage in their basement but its only possible to valet there for 50$. So they basically employ 2 people all day and night to drive your car to their parking garage for 2 minutes, when you could have done that yourself for a much more reasonable price.

First day without hot water !!!!

They Charged me 13USD$ for a bottle of water which I didnt use it when I left there. I followed up with them but no response yet!!!!!
