The main building/ hotel..

Well, we didn t paid attention and booked a room in the annexe building...not really the same feeling as if stayed in the main palazzo...

Great time in Ravello. We plan to return to Palazzo Confalone!

The food and service were great at the hotel. The afternoon eating area under the outdoor terrace and the dining room where breakfast and dinner were served both offered breathtaking views. The hotel is very chill and relaxing and the hotel staff were truly exceptional, among the best that I have experienced in my travels. I tore up me knee several days prior to the trip and experienced swelling. The hotel staff promptly and repeatedly brought ice to the room multiple times a day. Far above my expectations for service!

We had a veal entree one evening that was not up to the high standards of all our other the meals. Other than that everything else during our three night stay was wonderful!

Lovely, relaxing and sublime

It was amazing. Although the rough part was our room we were at the bottom level with a beautiful view of the gardens, unfortunately our room was very musky and smelled. And we could not be moved as hotel was booked. So it was rough.. on trying to sleep.. otherwise lovely palazzo, great staff and beautifully appointed and decorated. The resturant was very good and the view spectacular ..

Beautiful property with a little attitude to Asian

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view and garden .

Some of the stuff in the hotel were not so nice . Right after the checked in ,I went out for sightseeing,when I came back to the hotel ,there was 2women in the lobby area ,I was proceeding to my room ,these 2women came up to me and told me may I help you ? In very cold tone . I reply them that I am staying in this hotel ,however they did not believe me and demanded me to show the room key . I stayed at 5star hotel in Sorrento before coming this hotel , they never treated me like this way ,those 2women were not from reception. I hope its because I am Asian . Big appreciation to the people who work in the restaurant . They were very professional,and food was tasty .
