The room was nice and people were very friendly; although they did not speak English we were able to communicate with one another. I would go back but not for this price.

We were promised a bottle of Prosecco but unfortunately we did not get it. It was quite expensive for the value we got i.e. no breakfast included etc.

After a long day discovering the many sights of Venice, a place to look forward to coming home to .

This charming palazzo is quintessentially Venician and one feels simultaneously transported to bygone times but with all necessary modern amenities. The bathroom is spacious, hot water functions very well. The detail given to the woodwork and the finishing in the rooms makes the stay a really joyful experience.

I miss a sofa in the common room, which would make it very cozy.

The only thing I didn't like was the check out it was 11 o'clock we weren't allowed to have a late checkout unless I booked the room for extra day at full price but apart from that very good

Nice. Would go back.

Quick walk from the station with only one bridge to go over (which is good if you've got suitcases). View over the canal was gorgeous. Nice and close to bars & restaurants. I was very unwell on our final day & it was a very comfortable place to spend time in bed.

Great location with a great view on the channel and the bridge. Comfortable room, super clean, with a balcony and with very comfy beds. Very nice host.

Wifi wasn't working at all, supposed to be fixed after we complained but ain't.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient.

Location is very good - only a short walk from the Train station with only one bridge to go over. Facilities are clean and modern but with a lot of Baroque Venetian flair. Beds were also comfy - we slept very well. Also, we arrived very late after an arduous 22 hour train journey and our host gave us a complimentary bottle of Proseco which was very much appreciated!

We booked this location specifically because the description included a balcony/terrace and canal view. However, the room we got had no balcony or terrace and only an oblique view of a canal. So while I had looked forward to relaxing with a glass of wine on the balcony, soaking up the ambiance of Venice, we had to hit the bricks for that experience. So I wasn't able to lounge on my balcony in comfy clothes after a long day of sightseeing which is the ideal vision I had for my stay.
