Beautifully remodeled Medieval palazzo. Designed with grace, charm, and comfort. The staff were wonderfully kind, helpful, and observant. The breakfasts were great. If you are going to stay in Siena, this is the place to go.

There was nothing to dislike whatsoever.

Beautiful accommodation, clean, good quality breakfast, excellent staff who are also keen to engage in conversation.

Hard to find fault, but I think the rooms could do with a little more lighting.

Because it's in the historical centre, parking is a little distance away.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!

This is a very unique, historic hotel with a lovely lobby and great staff. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was phenomenal. Its nice to have a little chat with the other hotel guests while having breakfast, as well and the space lends itself to conversation. We love the open bar, honor system style lobby. Silvia, the kind woman who works the front desk was very warm to my son and I. She made sure we were well taken care of and had all our needs met. The owners of this hotel are very lucky to have the hostess at the breakfast, as well. The staff spoke perfect English and took interest in our family. The bathtub was luxurious and we enjoyed it.

The glass in the tub was open to the room so we felt a bit self conscious showering with family in the room. Perhaps consider a shade that could be rolled down on the outside of the window?
