Very good

Old house / palace, room w view on parts of the Alhambra w a nice protruding window. Not cheap, but still moderately priced. Surprisingly quiet despite lots of pedestrian and the occasional motor bike traffic.

Facilities need renovation, a bit too "rustic" to qualif, as "charming" in our opinion. Noise from the lobby as the room door is razor-thin. Small bed for 2pax (140cm) in a room which could easily house a king-size bed (220cm).

We would have been more than happy to have stayed longer than our 2 nights.

The property was well located and easily found. The parking arrangements were clear and worked very well. Our room was spacious and very comfortable but still full of character befitting a stay in Granada. The staff exceptionally helpful.

Very Special !

The location was wonderful , you could walk everywhere! the view was amazing (room 4) at the front of the hotel we were able to open the window sit and take it all in :-) in saying that .. once you shut the windows there is no noise! the staff were lovely and very helpful ! Nothing was to much trouble

Nothing at all ! There are stairs but thats Europe it keeps you fit and you get better views

Cultural experience in old castle.

The location is in the old street and not good for accessing with car. If you are first timer then do not go there with your car. Street are very very narrow and can not drive if your car is small enough. The receptionist are very kind and want to give their best for us.

The security system and key are very old fashioned.

The building is simply striking. It is in a unique setting. Very handy for exploring.

Really wonderful buffet. Plenty of choice . Really lovely lady working in breakfast room. So friendly and helpful.

Its a small breakfast room and you had to book a take at a certain time, 8 9 or 10.

Loved the room, location, and views!

I booked one of the suites with Alhambra views and it was fantastic. The room had a vintage feel to it, with a four poster bed, but was very comfortable with great AC. Its dated but not in a run down way, seems very intentional and I enjoyed not staying in a cliche modern hotel while in Granada. Lovely building and interior spaces.
