Disappointing

Beautiful location but was expecting a more renovated unit for the price.

The view was amazing. Great location with many cafes.

Told staff light in bathroom was broken, never came to fix. Furniture in unit was quite old and starting to wear and paintwork in unit quite old. Utensils in kitchen quite old and some broken and only 1 teaspoon. Not what you would be expecting for $3,500 for 5 nights.

Perfect location, good value for money

Location was perfect! Close walk to beach and cafes Water pressure in showers was brilliant

The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable- could feel the springs Kitchen could have been stocked with more basic staples for cooking- was t even a single chopping board Wi-Fi was dreadful- constantly cutting out and losing connection through the TV

Overall it was good but think the property is being miss-sold due to old photographs

Good location for beach and local restaurants, with underground parking.

The pictures in Booking. com are out of date, there is a new building in front spoiling the sea view for the lower apartments, we were on floor 15 which was just about ok, anything lower and you may be disappointed. WiFi was awful and glitchy, found it difficult booking trips and restaurants without a good connection, also needs some USB charging points and a shaver/tooth brush charging point in the bathroom, some of the above may sound petty but they are the basics for todays living.

Exceptional

View was amazing Great location And the staff were so welcoming and even got a early check in and high floor that I requested, so was a real surprise

Nothing too much. Only that the Dishwasher was not cleaned when we arrived and also we had no towels in the second bathroom for our kids. But those issues were all resolved very quickly with no problems

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY MONEY

The view

Absolutely appauling! The first contact I had when I walked in was completely rude. Finally got to my room and then had to call the same young man at the desk who was rude because the air-conditioning wasn't working. When he came up he couldn't access anything because there were locks on doors that shouldn't have. He said he will talk with the manager. I was later informed that nothing could be done the manager would come in the next day to bring a portable air-conditioning. Just one for a group of 4 in a 2 bedroom apartment. No offer to move to another room, no apology nothing. Fast forward 3 days and I'm checking out never received the air-conditioning! Asked for a reimbursement for the issue they said the manager will email me and be intouch. I waited a month and tried to call myself. NOTHING! WASTE OF MY FING MONEY!!!!!. Absolutely disgusted how they treat people. There was cockroaches around the facility. The room was okay cleaned bit the floors were really dirty and just some other small things. THIS PLACED RUINED MY BRIDAL WEEKEND!

Superb

Gorgeous apartment with stunning views

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable

The resort pool and spa were cold and so chlorinated that we could only stay a couple of minutes . The sauna is a sad little room next to the toilets.
