Very good

Friendly, safe and enjoyable stay

Safe location, good security, comfortable bed with mosquito net, friendly staff, nice garden.

The rooms could do with re-painting, the swimming pool was dirty with leaves and bugs floating in it. Overall this was one of the cheaper options in Arusha so the standard was expected

Food was good and staff were friendly.

The shower was a big problem. the hot water was TOO HOT and couldn't get the shower mixerr to work

Disappointing

Basic lodge, nothing special.

Nice bar area and friendly bar staff.

No evidence of anyone taking pride in trying to improve what felt like a tired, basic lodge. Policy of no wifi in bedrooms is unhelpful.

Exceptional

Wonderful stay

Well located. Rooms really clean and comfortable.comfortable lounge areas and a bar. But it was the staff who made it such a special stay. They were all so kind and friendly and went out of their way to offer any assistance. Even organised some day trips with an excellent guide. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice place, but barking dog

The food is great and the staff at the bar and restaurant is very nice.

Unfortunately the neighbor dog was barking all night long. I must admit that I'm not an easy sleeper, so it bothered me a great deal. I was in 2 different rooms, one was modern, the second was far over the hill.

Very good

Enjoyable, provided all that one requires.

Breakfast was good. Good selection by African standards. Good bar and restaurant provides good food selection. Good service staff attentive.

I thought the bed covers could be upgraded a bit.

Pleasant

A nice place to stay, but overpriced for what you get.

Everywhere was very clean. The communal areas around the bar and the pool were beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were delicious - the food was very fresh.

The room was not ready at the advertised time of check in at 2pm. No apology was offered for the delay. The room I stayed in was very dark and had four single beds - not what I had booked. There was a very bright flurescent light directly outside the window, left on overnight, with no curtains to block the light. It was brighter in the room at night than it was during the day.
