    Disappointed, the location of the room is key to enjoying this hotel.
    The location is excellent, the hotel is clean and it all works as it should. The choice of room is absolutely key though.
    We were allocated a room on the ground floor where the window, when open, meant you were about 1 meter from passing traffic ( yes, the noisy scooters!). We tried closing the window (which I hate as I like sleeping with fresh air) but could not get the aircon to work and we were hot at 22dec C... in December! Cannot imagine what that room would be like in Summer. We've previously stayed at this hotel, in a room at the rear, and loved it. Sadly this was a very different experience. I wouldn't stay again unless it was specifically a room at the rear, or possibly high level at the front.

    A truly beautiful and unique place
    The location was nice because it was very close to attractions while being in a quieter neighbourhood. I cant fault anything. At times it was a little noisy with other guests, but this is due to it being in an old house and noise will carry. Otherwise it was charming and an oasis in the middle of Florence. The breakfast was wonderful, the room truly unique and it was the best place to stay for my fist experience travelling solo. Thank you so much Ottantotto!! I cant wait to return to stay here, it fits all my aesthetic needs and it was the perfect find. Perfecto!

    Super efficient check in process especially if you arrive late. The decor is very unique while keeping the florentine style in tact.

    A very nice place but more for younger than senior because of the walking distances
    We liked the staff and the garden.
    Long Narrow street for us to walk to the sights. Our WiFi did not work in our room and the room was a little too dark for us.
