    The location is good!
    Pls check properly everything before the guest come because some of the things need to top up or need to change...example the towels have big holes and the toilet tissue very small left at the toilet..

    It looked like a budget hotel. There was no parking to park out vehicles also. The receptionist was saying there is basement parking and when I went to the basement, it was a joke. Looks like it's only management parking where there were less than 10 parking boxes. The hotel room also was bad. There was no dressing table for me and my family to get ready. The mirror was only in the bathroom where it was not convenient for me and my family members to get ready. When I booked this room as well, there were no pictures of the room and room surrounding and the bathroom even. Asked for pictures and they WhatsApp me the bed picture only. Customer service is very bad. It's more like a prank/cheating as the room was not shown properly. wifi was pretty bad as well . Will never book a room in this hotel again.

    I like to stay here because very near to Zepp KL and Lalaport shopping mall.
    Staff friendly and helpful. Safe place for solo traveler especially ladies. Moreover, I don't have to take Grab or taxi to Zepp, KL for concert because very near to the hotel.

    The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very co operative and cordial. They allowed late check-out till 3pm whic was kind. The hotel is in the main place with easy access to all food and twin towers on a short ride by grab. Overall very nice experience and highly recommend.

    free dental kit which i love..staff was wonderful.there are more parking at the back of the hotel.
    the heater didint function that well.could have improved on that.
