Tranquil stay

The property was clean, and well kept. The staff was very friendly. This a great hotel to stay at if you just arrived or right before you leave. It's close to the airport, and the grounds are beautiful. The shuttle service is a great amenity. I would recommend this hotel.

I don't have any complaints.

Clean and big rooms, good pool.

Otherwise I would give 9,5/10 (breakfast was poor), but they started a birthday party at 10pm. It was superloud and lasted to 2am. We really want to sleep, this is an airport hotel c'moon. Quite far from any restaurant/Negombo city.

Recommend for Transit

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Transport to the Airport was included and well organised. The room was very comfortable and clean. Very good value for price.

There is not much around. So better obky use it for Transit only. There was some mold in the bathroom, but for the short stay it is okay.

We were there for 1 night before our fight the following morning and faced many problems 1. When we arrived the sheets had a big stain in the middle, staff was kind enough to change it. But are mood was already off looking at that. 2. There was no hot water we had to look for someone to rectify this as the phone in the room does not work, when we found someone they said they will turn on the switch for the heater, so basically you have to tell them to turn on the heater if you want hot water. 3. We came from a 8 hour road trip and were very tired and just wanted to relax for a night before the flight but there was a birthday party going on right next to our room in their lawn with loud music till around 11:30 in the night and after that we could hear them cleaning the place quite loudly which did not allow us to sleep past midnight 4. When we wanted to check out the way to the reception is through grass and we had to literally carry are huge and heavy luggages through as we could not drag them. 5. They provide complimentary airport shuttle and we were asked for the time of departure from the hotel and even after giving them the time we still had to wait for 15-20 mins over the give time for the shuttle to take us. Over all I would not stay here again.
