Not enjoyable at all

Nothing really!!

The shower pan in my suit was clogged, it took them 4 days to finally check it but not fix it. The food was stale, frozen and repetitive. Some of the staff were either rude or unresponsive! There is no real beach to speak of, only a very small strip of lagoon like area. Despite the constant request to have the AC on in the 90+ degree, they refused to do it.

The stay was amazing everything was beyond our expectations. Would recommend to everyone. Although a member of staff was rude and lift trauma everything else was fantastic. The entertainment, food, pools all the other staff were superb. You must stay there as the problems we face can be sorted by Orange county.

All the staff was amazing there apart from when we first checked in the porter who helped us take our luggage upstairs asked us to pay him money for helping us upstairs. If he didn't ask we probably would have given him something. Because we ignored his greedy comment he slammed the tube door and went. Very rude. Also the first day we checked in we were at fifth floor and heading up our lift stop and started dropping in speed. My children were crying and were traumatised as it happened a few times. We thought we were going to die. After the event no one checked we were ok and provided any feedback. My children were so traumatised they never used the lift go get to the swimming pool they had to walk 7 floors down. Also my AC didn't cool the room down. We had two rooms but one even though technician checked ot was still not cool enough.
