Very good

We had a lovely stay overall in a very good villa.

Clean, Roomy, everything you need was provided. Great pool and garden area and quiet.

The beds were uncomfortable and too hard. There is quite a big drop from the outside sitting and dining area (terrace) that does not have a barrier or rail to protect against falls especially for young children.

The most amazing, luxurious, serene family fun packed stay.

Everything! As you walked in it felt like you were in the reception of a hotel, greeted by the gorgeous Patricia who showed us around, made us feel instantly at home and came every day to clean. She was amazing! The en-suite rooms were fabulous, with amazing views of the golf course. Downstairs was a beautifully open planned living room out onto a sheltered veranda overlooking the main attraction, the swimming pool and garden area. Not to mention the well equipped outdoor kitchen area where we enjoyed bbq dinner and drinks.

If you can find something not to like about this property, you would have to be a very fussy, picky person. Personally could not fault this property.

Very good

A very relaxing week with the family.

Excellent location. 5 min walk to The Old Village where there was a supermarket, bars and restaurants. A taxi ride to the marina cost 3 euros and easy to get one, used Uber. Villa had plenty of room and all you needed for self catering. The owners even left us 4 bottles of wine and a Prosecco. We were disappointed with the showers, or lack of them and also there were no plugs for the baths. The air con unit in master bedroom leaked but we were told it would be fixed over the winter (new pipes needed!). The villa was by the side of the golf course and we had 5 balls hit into the garden during our week. Not very safe with children playing in the garden. One of the chairs on the patio collapsed and could have caused a nasty accident but the management company responded immediately. The cleaner was due to come everyday but we didnt need her so we suggested she came 3 times. The television only had Portuguese Chanels which was a bit disappointing but not to spoil holiday.

beautiful villa with everything you could ask for. either change the sun beds or provide sunbed cushions.

pool, beds, kitchen very well equipped. outside area was a very comfortable area to sit in the evening.

the sun beds, so uncomfortable. the step from the entrance into the lounge is so dangerous. one of our guests had a cart bad fall.

Superb

Superb villa which could be made even better with a couple of small changes

The villa was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of areas to relax, good size pool, plenty of wardrobe space for clothes, big garden. Location at end of a cul-de-sac was good, but a little too far outside Vilamoura to make the walk to the Marina in the heat an enjoyable experience. The daily maid service was excellent - pleasant and helpful. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.

Only five sunbeds were provided even though the property is advertised as being for up to eight people. The air-conditioning had developed a leak in one of the bedrooms which was reported on the day we arrived. Attempts were made to rectify this but were unsuccessful and we were told further investigation could not be undertaken until we had checked out. As a result, had to put bowl and towels on the floor to catch the drips. Also seemed a bit penny pinching that toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets were not supplied throughout the stay given the amount we were paying for the villa.

Exceptional

Absolutely perfect!

We were a big family group of 10 and we have no words to describe how wonderful our stay was. The house itself was above any expectations: beautiful, extremely spacious, very well eqquiped and just felt like heaven. Wed recommend this to any group whos looking for a place to be comfortable, relax by the swimming pool or to have a dinner enjoying the views to the golf-course. The housekeeping did an outstanding job too, and the communication with the host was as smooth as it gets. 100% recommended!

Only wish we could have stayed longer :)
