Great staff. We used the hotel for a stopover between leaving Kerala and going to Goa. Had to leave at 3am so the hotel

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet in a very green location. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are very pleasant. A free taxi to the airport is also provided.

Wonderful stay at Once Upon The River

We had a lovely two nights stay at Once Upon The River. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast on the first morning but sadly, had to depart too early the following day, to have breakfast. We were quite late arriving and I had messaged beforehand to ask if we would be able to have dinner. Although the restaurant was closed, the chef came to see us and asked us to make our food selection from the menu. About thirty minutes later a delicious dinner was delivered to the terrace outside our room. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We would love to return to stay, one day.

Nice place, great staff, great food. Definitively worth of visiting.

These breakfasts showcase a rich cultural tapestry and culinary expertise, celebrating the essence of global flavours and heritage. "Once Upon the River" was an exceptional hotel experience. Nestled within a sprawling semi-like tropical forest park, its location was a serene oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the surrounding busy area. The staff at the hotel were incredibly eager to assist, providing impeccable service with a warm and welcoming demeanour. Despite being situated in a lively location, the tranquillity of the hotel made it a peaceful retreat, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility.

A crown jewel for an airport hotel .. wish I had stayed 2 nights . Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful , restaurant food was excellent and wide choice . Service perfect . Grounds were green and lush, swimming pool was perfect. Reliable complimentary Airport shuttle at3am .. all in the price of the room . Can't go wrong ,

That I didn't get there earlier and make more use of the comfort and facilities.
