Perfect chillout zone hotel.

An amazing chillout hotel. Everything we needed although we visited in December for our son's football tournament, the outdoor pool and bar areas were clean and looked inviting. The room was clean, functional and a great base. Breakfast selection was ample and good quality. Mayu was a fabulous host with great attention to customer service. Definitely coming back We also won the football tournament

The Serene environment of nature, Nice concepts for the property exterior. .

The rooms appeared smaller than the images I saw online. The staff were not so welcoming especially the lady who stays in the kitchen and the guy with the long hair. They always wore a not smiling face and were not receptive. Landy or lanre, was better and supportive also

We werent expecting to stay in a container it was a strange conception, I dont think it works.

The breakfast was good, but there were not enough seats for everyone inside that could be improved. The receptionist Mayo had to be called a few times to refill things or to ask for a piece of cutlery and we felt like we were annoying him because he was doing something else, there should of been another member of staff assisting him in the morning for the breakfast.

Unfortunately again Mayo seemed very reluctant to assist or help many times. I asked him if he knew if the shops in the capital would be open due to the weekend and the bank holidays he told me to go on google and find out for myself. I was just asking for a personal opinion from someone living on the island as it was our first time visiting. We asked for a blanket from him he told us they couldnt give out any more blankets and that we should use the air con in the room and put the temperature as hi as possible it is not helpful because you cannot leave the heating on all night you get dehydrated and dry especially in such a small container space. We asked if it was possible to have a picnic on our last morning just something quick and easy to take with us to the airport, Mayo told us that the breakfast would be after we had left and that he couldnt help us, we asked one of the maids and she put in a special request and was able to assist us but everything we asked him for was too much trouble.

Dont book the property if you dont have car, dont book this property if you dont speak Spanish.

The property was big enough to relax along with a very small pool. They provided light yet good breakfast in the morning.

If you dont have car please dont book it as it is very far from center. If you dont speak Spanish then beaware of booking this hotel. I got one stuff who was very rude and speaking only Spanish. Since I dont speak Spanish he misbehaved with me by bad gestures. If the power cut happens this property is a total failure to provide water in the bathroom of private room and this is very shocking system that they have! When I discussed this with other stuff they offered 1 night money back as a compensation and requested not to reveal my experience with Booking.com but now they are saying Bank transfer takes 40 days time. I dont need the money from them but would like to mention they have mismanagement overall. I have already visited 20 countries and many cities and villages along with remote area but I never ever faced such rude and inhospitable situation in any place booked from Booking.com than Om Hotels

I stayed there for one night, because I had a flight the next day. Its near to the airport and an ideal place also for

Nice and cool place to be. Nice decorated motel. The bar is also a fine place to be. The rooms are a fine place to stay. Id like also the place to shower in the room. And my room that has a terrace with comfortable seats gave direct access to the swimming pool, that was also cool. Very friendly and helpful people that worked there. If you like to have the feeling of a motel life style, its the right place to stay than.

The sliding door of my room couldnt be locked. Because I just stayed one night. I just mentioned it on the reception, so that they could solved the problem.

It should have been cheaper for the quality, my friends paid the same elsewhere for better standards

For winter/autumn walks, the beach nearest to the hotel is a pretty sight, a nice stretch of stones and very blue Sea. For summer, if you don't like stones, it is not for you to go lay down. Bed was confortable. Heating unit working well.

I didn't like the room that much, marks and stains on the facilities, a bit worn off. The view was on the terrasse wall, felt a bit closed off. Coffee machine not working in the room. Hot water not working despite waiting for 5 minutes, had to ask the night guardian to come check and do something, it ended up working. The breakfast was not so nice, poor quality products and not so impressed by the selection, especially from 10h30, close to the end time.

Lovely hotel

The design and the vibes are really nice! You can only get there by taxi or walking (btw: be careful with cars while walking since that there is no pedestrian sidewalk). Sa Caleta is really close (20 min walk).

I do believe that the rooms need a little bit of maintenance. When I stayed (autumn), the reception didnt have a night shift.
