Very noisy early in the morning where our room was. Throughout the night there was a banging noise, couldnt decide if it was a door somewhere or the windows as it was very windy.

Disappointing

Disappointing, miserable stay.

The hotel is tired & run down. There was no bar or room service. One member of staff was particularly miserable( at breakfast) The others were slightly better. No porterage. Didnt really like anything about it. Wont go back.

Miserable breakfast staff, no bar or room service, no porterage. No log fire, no resturant in the evening, had to go out to the pub! Pretty run down and tired!

Pleasant

enjoyed the location and food and the staff was friendly we will certainly consider staying again.

Room was nice but the room and hotel are showing signs of being a little tired. As it was close to Christmas we thought the hotel would have been more decorated than it was with Christmas decorations.

Being an EV owner the only charger was blocked in and looked out of order. It would also be nice to have a bathroom with a bath. Although their was not many people staying we did find that some of the public rooms was in total darkness.
