Adequate, but would not return. Not worth the price

Staff were friendy & helpful. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Was in a great location for the wedding we were attending

The room was not up to the standard I had expected from the website and reading reviews. It was very small, very tired and the bathroom needs a complete overhaul. Was disappointed to be honest as was really looking forward to our stay

Staff welcoming. Good Breakfast. Great location near Cadbury world and a train station to get into Birmingham.

Single glazed windows meant you hear all the noises outside like traffic. Not able to control room heating.

Noise of furniture being moved after party which went on until 2am. I was phoned on the Tuesday of that week to let me know about staff party but not anticipating the nouse of furniture moving loudly.

Average - pricey but probably due to limited options in this area.

I booked two rooms, a single and a double. I had the single which, to be fair, was probably a queen so much bigger than I expected and it was a comfortable bed. The bar looked good but no one serving as there was a 90th birthday party going on at the time.

Shower was terrible, head did not sit in the cradle so water pointed back towards the wall. Heating went off at night so the room was cold when getting up to answer the call of nature. Didn't make breakfast (7am-9am on Sunday) as I valued a bit of a lie-in after my night out.

Staff where fantastic, I even left some belongings in the room by mistake after checking out and they phoned me straight away so I could collect them. Would highly recommend

Exceptional

Great facility and management!!!

I have stayed at this facility various times over the past several years. The new owner managers - Dave and Patsy - have continued to make this hotel a very welcome facility. Both are prompt and professional in caring for the guests. I spent several enjoyable hours talking with them every evening. I cant thank them enough for facilitating my reservations that were made on very short notice. I wish them both continued success. If I return to Birmingham again - as will be likely - my first choice for accommodations is the Old Farm Hotel. As a side note to owner/managers Dave and Patsy - THANK YOU.

Superb, staff were excellent

Location was ideal for my requirement. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of food, very well cooked and not. Food was ordered and delivered very quickly .

Superb

A very pleasant stay, would visit again if coming back to Birmingham

The hosts Patsy and Dave were very nice. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was yummy, nice and hot and made to order. The little bar area is nice to enjoy a drink and the gardens would be lovely to sit in during the summer.

The bathroom of room 6 could probably do with a little shower re-fit as silicone etc looking a bit tired etc.
