    Very poor parking locations. Long (and complicated) walk to our rooms. Not much of a view from rooms.

    Jets in the bathtub were broken, walk to the pool was outside from the room we were in; two bedrooms instead of two bathrooms would have been better for us

    Oceancliff is a beautiful property with gorgeous views of the bay.
    Friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle ride to town was excellent!
    No breakfast and shuttle didnt start until noon.

    We had an enjoyable stay in a spectacularly located property.
    The property is in a wonderful location with a beautiful view. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained. The unit itself was very spacious and well furnished and equipped. The propertys staff were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you to Sheila and Eric).
    The exterior of the building in the area of our unit was in need of cleaning and maintenance, and therefore was not very welcoming.

    The view was amazing.
    The view was amazing! Quiet location.
    The gentleman at the reception desk clearly didn't know much about the resort. Gave us the incorrect password for wifi, suggested the restaurant on property when there was a notice posted right next to me that stated it was closed for the season, wanted me to sign a paper regarding the rules and regulations for shuttle service to downtown right after he told me the shuttle was not in use during our stay. Upon departure guests are required to unmake the bed and place linens and towels in the plastic bags they provide. $10 fee if key is not returned.
