Safe , luxurious, beautiful, professional staff & clean. Enjoyed my stay here a lot

I loved the stay. Its very safe in a remotes place like Nusa penida. Initially we were worried about safety in Nusa but this hotel was the saving grace. After reaching here we felt safe , the staff is well trained & professional. The room is sea facing & its so beautiful Ive so many candid photos of this resort. Its luxurious. Very clean and well maintained. It has a wonderful pool. I just would say the food can be slightly improvised. Otherwise its perfect stay in Nusa at this price point and it made our trip very delightful

Its perfect and sea facing. The only issue ( its about Nusa mainly ) would be the surroundings is little deserted for a few 100m but theres a cafe called chill cafe near to the resort tat makes even this small disadvantage to be neglected.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, spacious. Food at their restaurant was good. Location is not too bad, nearby got a small mart if you needed to buy some snacks.

We didnt really like the shower, especially during rain season.

Absolutely nothing like the pictures on their ad

We booked a delux ocean view our room was on the opposite side of the road to the ocean, nowhere near ocean view. No hot water and terrible water pressure, when this issue was raised the staff did nothing to help. Aircon was terrible. Staff wouldnt allow us to order drinks around the pool, no shops close by to buy drinks, restaurant staff were so rude during both encounters we had with them. Definitely never stay here again.

Was fine for a night or two but wouldnt stay again unfortunately.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, good AC, food in the restaurant was nice, staff were helpful.

The pictures of the pool/garden/restaurant area do not match up to the pictures on booking.com. The wood needed a lick of paint and in some parts planks of wood were missing. Some of the chairs/tables looked like they hadnt been sat at in years and they were that rotten and dirty. There is no poolside bar as shown in the pictures on booking.com.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and polite. Scooter rental on site was great. Very close to the amazing Chill Bar...

The room as very basic, not what was expected following our research, previous reviews, social media images and the name of the resort 'Rate Ocean Terrace Suite And Spa Luxury'. The show and shower head were broken. Breakfast was very slow and basic. We stayed in 6 locations while in the Bali area and this was my least fav of the 6. Pool is tiny and we never experienced 'Luxury'.
